A different finish.

Choose a starting point. These are the details that turn an idea into a useful sample request.

A colour code is only the beginning.

A glitter finish changes with the substrate, coating, cut and angle of light. Start with the colour you want, then decide how that colour should behave on the finished surface.

Bring a reference
Send a physical sample or Pantone reference, plus the finish you want: metallic, holographic, iridescent or a mixed effect. A reference number guides development; it does not guarantee an exact match.
Look at the finished surface
Approve the colour on the intended base at the intended coverage. A loose sample, a clear binder and a dark backing can give different impressions.
Agree how to compare
Review samples under the lighting relevant to your product. Record the viewing conditions, approved reference and any acceptable variation with your order.

The final presentation

A material.
A collection.
Your name on it.

From a bulk supply to a coordinated retail range, the pack is part of the brief. XUCAI supports repacking from 3 g to 25 kg and private-label projects, with the format confirmed in your quotation.

Fill & format
Specify the weight per pack, container or bag, closure, units per set and total order quantity. Confirm compatibility and the proposed pack before approval.
Artwork & labels
Provide the artwork, label size, language, barcode and required information. Agree the final copy for your target market before printing.
Outer packing & identification
Agree carton configuration, shipping marks and the material or batch references to keep with the shipment. Use the approved packing sample as the order reference.

Before the first sample

The practical questions.

Development terms depend on the selected material and final specification.

Can you match a Pantone colour?

We accept Pantone references and customer samples for colour development. Glitter reflects light differently from a flat printed colour, so approve a physical glitter sample in its intended application before ordering.

Can I develop my own shape or blend?

Share the outline, dimensions and desired material, or send a physical sample. For blends, include the colours, effects and particle sizes you want to combine. Feasibility, specification and pricing are confirmed for the project.

How do sample charges work?

The supplied sample policy offers up to 50 g without a sample charge, with courier costs paid by the customer. Larger samples and special development can carry a charge; confirm the terms for your request.

What should I allow for production?

The stated custom-production window is typically 3–7 days, subject to the approved sample, quantity, packaging and production schedule. Development, sample approval and international transit are separate; ask for a project-specific timeline.
