01 / Our factory
Our manufacturing work brings together film treatment, colour coating, cutting, sieving and packing. The approved material, colour and particle dimensions guide the order specification.

Choose the film substrate around the intended application. Film construction and surface treatment form part of the material specification.
Review a physical sample or colour reference alongside the finish, lighting and surface on which the glitter will be used.
Agree the particle dimensions and shape. Review the size range against the printing, coating, casting or other application method.
Confirm pack weight, container, label and outer packaging with the accepted sample and written specification.
Bring a sample, the intended use and your processing conditions when discussing a new grade.

XUCAI is the romanised form of 絮彩. Before it became a glitter business, it was the name of a handwritten story.
XUCAI began with a love story. While the woman he loved continued her studies, Mr Cao wrote his thoughts in a book called 《絮彩》. Six years later, they began building a future together. He founded XUCAI for her, giving their glitter company the name of that story.
Today, they work side by side and treasure the happiness of sharing both work and life. They believe this happiness encourages care in everything they do. They want customers to feel it in well-made glitter, thoughtful service and the experience of working with their team.

Colour development, application review, production and sales colleagues coordinate sample references, documentation and packing details. To arrange a factory visit or exhibition meeting, send your preferred dates and the materials you would like to discuss.

Our stated quality process includes incoming checks, in-process inspection and retained batch samples. Match the material record to the grade, colour and intended use before approving an order.
Record the material, colour, dimensions, finish and packing requirements against an accepted physical sample.
Check the selected grade in your binder, formulation or finished article under the conditions relevant to your production process.
Read the sample identity, methods, results and limitations. A material report does not certify every colour, batch or finished product.
